Realizing there was a desperate need for meal prep in my local gym, I decided to cook healthy, ready-to-eat meals for some close friends and family. By word of mouth, this quickly grew into a business I was operating daily. Whole, balanced nutrition is something I am incredibly passionate about and nothing makes me happier than to be able to bring this service to my community.
